fantastic beach getaway!
helpful staff panoramic view swimming pool
i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the hotel offers a restaurant with panoramic views and the food was very good! the swimming pool facilities were also a great addition to my stay.
The hotel room was basic, and the sheets were not the best quality. Plus, the heating got stuck on when it was hot outside.

the hotel provided a well kept indoor pool and hot tub for relaxation, which i enjoyed! a games room with table tennis and snooker was available, and it catered to both adults and children.

wonderful coastal retreat

the staff were friendly. i received a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room with a sea view, a lovely surprise. the bar area was comfortable and cute. i appreciated that the hotel allowed dogs .
the gaming area was close to the dining area , so i saw kids wandering around with pool cues while people were eating.

the hotel pool was great and seemingly underused . there is also a jacuzzi , which i found to be clean and well kept , along with a games room with table tennis.

fantastic short break
clean room great breakfast nice pool
the room included a warm and clean space. the breakfast buffet was great (especially the pancakes!). the pool was a good size for a swim and the hot-tub was relaxing after a day out.
the building appears a bit tired. it needs a bit of sprucing up, but it won't stop me from visiting again.

the staff were polite at all times. the receptionist changed our room to one closer to the reception because my wife has mobility issues. it was a smooth and simple process.

the hotel is near the beach, just over 500 yards away. it makes it easy to access the coast. the hotel has a good location away from the city. it's easy to reach by car and has secure parking.

single glazed windows dining area
the room was a good size, enough for my two kids and me. the location was also good, with the beach nearby.
The bedroom windows were old, single glazed, which let a lot of noise through. there was no air-con, so the room was stuffy at times. the gaming area close to the dining area was unusual. Kids wandered around with pool cues while people ate. the pool cues caused me some worry.

the breakfast had a good selection of items. the leisure facilities were quite good, especially the pool area.

comfortable bed friendly staff small bathroom uninspiring view
The location was good. It was near the beach. The staff was friendly. I slept really well because the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was too small. I found the shower unusable so I had to wash without it. It could use an update. My room was sold as with a balcony but it wasn't private. I didn't spend time out there because the view was uninspiring.
